The American rapper Lauryn Hill made a rare public appearance this weekend at Rock the Bells festival in San Bernardino, California, according to a report Rolling Stone.
Invited by the hip hop festival, the singer of 35 years has delighted fans by singing songs from his solo album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill (1999), and more success of the Fugees, whose group she was involved in years 90 with Wyclef Jean and Pras.
In introducing the piece Zion song dedicated to his eldest son, Lauryn Hill made reference to his absence from the world of music since the early 2000s.
“My son Zion is now 13 years old. Thirteen years … can you believe that all this time spent? “Questioned the mother of five children.
This appearance suggests that Lauryn Hill has not completely closed the door to a possible return, even if there is still no plan for a new album.
